Do you require a deposit?

Yes babe. A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

This confirms your appointment, protects my time, and keeps everything running smoothly.

No deposit = no booking xx

How much is the deposit?

Your deposit will be $100 or 20%, depending on the booking type. I will let you know the exact amount once we have confirmed the other details.

How do I pay the deposit?

I accept secure, discreet payment methods (Beem, YouPay, Prezzee). I’ll send you a direct payment request or other relevant details during the booking process.

Please make sure the deposit is paid within an hour of confirmation, as your booking will not be held until the payment is received. If you send a deposit without speaking to me first or if it’s been longer than an hour, it will be accepted as a gift, and your booking will still require a deposit.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if you reschedule with more than 12 hours ' notice.

Life happens, but communication is everything.

What if I need to reschedule?

No worries!

If you give reasonable notice, your deposit can move to a new date.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of your booking, ghosting or disappearing?

The deposit is forfeited, and future payments may require a greater partial payment.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

The balance is due on arrival and must be finalised before we begin.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash (remaining amount only), Beem, Prezzee, YouPay etc.

Can I use PayId or Bank Transfer?

No PayId. My approved payment methods are above.

I will accept a bank transfer for the deposit only, providing you agree to my conditions. If you need to transfer the deposit to me directly, please politely request the possibility once we’ve confirmed the booking details.

Do you accept cash?

Not for the deposit, but the remaining amount can be paid in cash upon arrival x

What happens if I don’t send the deposit?

No deposit, no date. Your booking will not be confirmed.

Please make sure the deposit is paid within an hour. Your booking is not held without payment, and I may no longer be available at that time. Sending money without prior discussion or with a delay will be accepted as a gift, and the booking will remain unconfirmed.

Can I book in advance?

Absolutely! I’m available by appointment, so you must book with at least 2 hours ' notice (in most cases).
